Depending upon the needs of your program, consulting can include one or more of the following: 1:1 strategizing and problem-solving for difficult or stuck cases, real-time guidance, observations of staff-youth interactions, staff-shadowing, reading materials, and the option for providing your staff with confidential, 1:1 follow up strategy sessions. (Strict adherence to HIPAA laws will be required).

Is a staff member's own trauma getting in the way of providing a sensitive, nurturing response to traumatized children, youths, or their family members?
